Bello Speech Pathology is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our mobile paediatric team, supporting children and families across the Gold Coast.
This role is ideal for early-career clinicians who value flexibility, mentorship, and hands-on experience in family-centred, evidence-based practice. Full-time and part-time options are available where appropriate to suit your schedule.

About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you’ll provide engaging, evidence-based assessment and therapy to children across home, school, and community settings.
Our caseload is primarily paediatric, supporting neurodivergent children and those with a wide range of communication needs, including:
• Developmental speech and language delays
• Social communication and pragmatic skills
• Literacy development
• Fluency and voice therapy
• Mealtime management
• Orofacial myofunctional therapy

Option 2: Graduate Speech Pathologist (early career or experienced)
🎓 Step directly into your career as a Graduate Speech Pathologist once you’ve completed your degree and are eligible for full Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.
Both pathways are supported by ongoing mentorship, professional development, and a collaborative team environment.
